On 29 April 2026, Bharat Soka Gakkai (BSG) held its fifth annual Sustainability Conclave at the Chinmaya Mission Auditorium in New Delhi, India. Themed "Building Resilient Futures: Climate, Communities and Collective Strength," the event brought together over 400 participants, including educators, students, professionals, media representatives and changemakers.

Veditha Reddy, a member of the Indian Administrative Service and Director of Education and Sports for the Government of Delhi, served as Chief Guest and delivered the keynote address. She told the audience that sustainability "is a mindset," not a matter of sacrifice, going on to stress that small daily choices add up when paired with sound policy and shared responsibility across sectors. The program also included performances by BSG youth and presentations by students from SDG Clubs in local schools that BSG has helped to foster.
