The forum featured a case presentation by Yanliang Pan on the 1995 Norwegian Rocket Incident—showcasing an educational graphic story supported by Ploughshares—and a keynote address by Dr. Sverre Lodgaard on navigating today's geopolitical risks. Throughout the discussions, speakers underscored the critical role of disarmament education, confidence-building measures, and grassroots solidarity in the movement to abolish nuclear weapons.
