Celebrating Caribbean Leadership!
Marking the one-year anniversary of the Caribbean Forum on the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW), held in June 2019, SGI, with the support from ICAN, released an animated graphic celebrating the region’s unparalleled increase of signatures and ratifications of the TPNW since its adoption.
It illustrates CARICOM member states’ unparalleled increase of signatures and ratifications of the TPNW since its adoption. This willingness to lead in support of the TPNW has positioned the Caribbean as one of the regions leading the world against the threat of nuclear weapons.
